III. Jailbreak. [anonymous video from an injured policeman's PCD]
[ The video feed turns on suddenly. It's clear that it's a jail of some sorts, and there's been a heavy battle going on within the confines of the jail. However, the feed turns on only to show the conclusion. One guard seems almost paralyzed, barely able to utter out the words "you monster", as another guard looks frustrated at the poison powder that's still lingering in the background.
Elsewhere, it appears that the other guards were less fortunate. The stroll down the confines of the jail is noiseless, except for the distinct sound of heels clacking, followed by a bit of a stomp from what must be monstrous pokémon. The light fixtures blink on and off, revealing frames of a horrific scene. Some guards are frozen to the bone, a human popsicle of sorts. Other guards have deep lacerations and pierces. While others just look borderline flattened. Some seemed to be crushed by rocks and buried in sand.
It's clear. Whoever did this knows what they're doing, and don't have a sense of human warmth within them. They're cold, nasty and vile.
The walking stops at the end of the hall, and a low, husky voice speaks two commands. ]
Freeze. Then slash.
[ The pokémon, whose whitish blue arms are the only thing visible, does as told. A blizzard first impacts the bars before they're sliced in half. ]
Welcome back, Commander. [ The feed briefly turns back on herself, except her hair is tied back in a slick pony tail and she's wearing a Ho-Oh mask that blurs out the majority of her face. ]
To all of those of you that could stomach those images [ The way she turns the phrase implies that stomach goes much beyond tolerating, and into the territory of like. ] I implore you to contact me immediately.

[Text] || it's okay.
[ Well, that technically isn't it. Lust enjoys just inflicting misery onto people. She's built up a lot of resentment towards people in the last two years. Working under them, dealing with them day in and day out, inadvertently causing many a crisis, it was finally time for payback. She's usually not this open about it, but, that served another purpose. She wanted to catch attention of Johto's brutalist. The ones without hearts. The disconnection between people here is ridiculous, and, if the good people can create a knighthood against the wrath of Team Rocket, then surely Lust can make a league of villains to help each other out. The ratio of good to bad in terms of power is just too skewed because of (and lack of) unity.
But, like she's going to reveal that to some child. Instead, she'll lead him on another chase. A little mental anguish would be an excellent side dish to this. ]
So, do you normally decorate your text when you're incensed, or is this just a special occasion?
[Text] || Still sorry ;-; I fiddled with it more instead of field testing on you.
Not the point though! The point was that if you're going to handle an opponent, then you shouldn't do things like that without a reason. The fact you're filming says you might have one, but I can't figure out what it's supposed to be, and it's seriously not cool to mess people up like that just because you feel like it.
[Text] || don't worry about it! haha, i'm fine with obnoxious gifs. i love pink sparkles myself!!
It was only a matter of time before the surveillance videos were released. I'd much rather give people a reason to stay away then to pursue myself when the wanted posters come rolling in.
FIlming the aftermath doesn't impact anything, anyways. Would you prefer to see a video of the whole thing? I thought I was being generous. [ She slashed a man and she liked it! He looks lifeless from that nasty Lickilicky hit... ]
[Text] || He legit decided to stop using orange sparkle text today.
So you're trying to shore up a reputation as a mysteriously brutal enemy? What's the point of that?
[Text]
It just gets people out of the way until the warrant expires. Nothing more, nothing less.
[Text]
And the point of actually trying to get people to jump on the video? I mean, it was pretty clear you wanted reactions.
[Text]
[ Lust is just head shaking right now. ]

It discourages other police officers from giving chase in the area. It discourages people from getting involved. They'd probably resort to physical attacks once their pokémon were down anyways. Are you stating I should let them be just as brutal towards me? This was simply a contest of who could attack the quickest and strongest.
[Text]
You're the one that decided to make a game of it, that's all I'm pointing out. Sure, you made effective use of it, but you can't tell me that you couldn't have gotten the same results with less damage, can you?

It just seems... harsh.

Worse injuries as long as everyone can make a full recovery, otherwise the other way would likely be better for this kind of thing.

Psychiatry doesn't seem suited to your talents, may I suggest bus driver instead?

I see. Is this over the top brutality common in your world?
